MoWo for Black Matter
at Souvenir Gallery

The traveling exhibition  BLACK MATTER showcasing contemporary Oregon-based black artists in an effort to address an imbalance in representation. 

This exhibition hopes to broaden cultural awareness of and appreciation for art by black artists in Oregon. BLACK MATTER will be on display at Patricia Reser Center for the Arts in 2025, and at Blackfish Gallery in 2026.

Sketch & Release, emerging documentary series about the experiences of Black creatives in rural Oregon. The documentary series will culminate with a series of public screenings and conversations about race across the state.

Terrain, a land art exhibition that showcases land art and environmentally focused art created by a rotating group of underrepresented Oregon artists.

They create new work in response to site and setting, using natural and reclaimed materials to realize their creative intervention in changing spaces throughout Oregon.

Terrain will culminate in August of 2025 at Building 5 inside NW Marine Artworks.

Open AiR Oregon, a self-directed artist residency program that aims to provide and enhance access and opportunity to Oregon-based artists working in a wide range of media (visual & performing art, music, theater, dance, written word/poetry, film/video, experimental), through partnerships with and connections to local/regional organizations that can facilitate the research, creation, exhibition, or expression of new work.
